Airtame support: Can't connect / See Airtame in app
If you can't connect to an Airtame or see it in the Airtame App, try the following steps:
Make sure you are connected to the NIELSBROCK-Employees Wi-Fi. If you are an external visitor who needs access, see the article about connecting to Airtame as a guest.
Restart your laptop. This often resolves Airtame connection issues.
Ensure your Airtame app is up to date. Airtame App Download
